Due to the Good Friday holiday, there are only 4 trading days this week. STI ended the week at 2,881.98, which is 24.82 points or 0.85% lower than last week's close of 2,906.80 and marginally lower than 2,885.51 at the end of the last financial year.
My portfolio has dropped slightly. YTD, my portfolio gained 1.1% inclusive of the cash and 1.5% exclusive of the cash in the portfolio. I have switched from selling to buying due to portfolio rebalancing. I bought TTJ, Kingsmen Creatives, and Frasers Hospitality Trust this week. As a result the buying, the cash level in my portfolio reduced to 26.2%. The yield of my portfolio is estimated to be 6.4%.
