Shanghai Stock Exchange has lost about 1/3 of its value within the last few weeks. HKSE dropped 5.84% while STI dropped 1.67%. yesterday.
As a precaution, I sold about 15% of my stocks yesterday in view that the drop in Hong Kong was fast and furious. Presently I am holding about 70% cash and 30% stock. Year-to-date, my portfolio dropped about 1.5%.
